Assets, colours, and rules for writing about Aphelion.
The sparkle mark and wordmark move as one unit. The gradient runs lavender → pink, always. Keep them locked.
Give the logo room to breathe — minimum clear space on all sides equals one mark height. Below the sizes here, switch to the mark alone.
These are all wrong.
Five brand colours. Lavender is primary, pink is the gradient end, sky blue and sage are accents, ink is the canvas. No others.
Approved pairings — lavender and pink are accents on ink or cloud, never both as base.
Two typefaces — one for headlines, one for everything else.
Warm, direct, a little wry — like a friend who gets it. Never clinical, never hyped.
"socially awkward," "the room," "before you walk in," "your people."
"Leverage," "synergy," "AI-powered" as a selling point, exclamation marks.
Lowercase "aphelion" — never capitalised, never all-caps. Sparkle stays lavender.

The first five minutes of any event are the hardest part. Aphelion gets you talking to someone before you even walk in — so you arrive knowing a face, not searching for one.
Tell Aphelion which event you're heading to. We spin up a warm space just for attendees — before day one.
We match you on interests, goals, and what you're hoping to get out of the event — before you set foot inside.
Walk in knowing faces. Start conversations naturally. Leave with connections that actually last.
A pre-event warm-up room for every event. Break the ice in a small group before you walk through the door.
For attendeesConnect through your profile and shared interests. Find people you'd actually want to talk to — not just who's nearest.
For attendeesFind co-founders, creative partners, and collaborators building exactly what you are.
For attendeesNo paywalls, no tricks. If you're attending, Aphelion is yours.
😊 Sorry to keep you waiting — we're running our pilot events right now to make Aphelion as seamless as we'd like it to be for you. We'll reach out the moment it's ready.
Most networking advice assumes you're already comfortable talking to strangers. Aphelion assumes the opposite — and builds the bridge for you.
Find your event on Aphelion (or invite us to it if your organizer hasn't set it up yet). The moment you join, we open a small, low-pressure group chat exclusively for attendees of that event — days or weeks before it happens.
Answer a few quick prompts about what you're hoping to get out of the event — who you want to meet, what you're working on, what you're nervous about. Our matching looks past job titles to find people you'd genuinely click with.
Inside your warm-up room, conversations start naturally — no forced icebreakers. By the time the event starts, you already recognise a few names and faces.
Instead of scanning the room for an opening, you head straight to people you've already "met." The hardest part of any event — the first five minutes — is already behind you.
Social anxiety isn't about a lack of things to say — it's about the terrifying blankness of approaching someone you know nothing about. Aphelion removes that blankness. A familiar name, a shared interest, a half-finished conversation from last week — these are all it takes to turn a daunting room into a friendly one.
Whatever brings you to an event — networking, learning, building — Aphelion has a mode designed to help you get there with people, not alone.
For any event you're attending — a conference, a meetup, a college fest — Event mode creates a dedicated warm-up space for everyone going. You can introduce yourself, ask "is anyone else nervous about this," or find people heading to the same sessions. By the time you arrive, the room already has familiar faces in it.
Network mode is for ongoing connections, not just one event. Build a profile around your interests and what you're working on — then get introduced to others on the platform who share that common ground. No endless swiping, no cold DMs. Just a handful of thoughtful introductions based on what you actually have in common.
Looking for a co-founder, a design partner, someone to build a side-project with, or a study group for an exam? Collab mode connects you with people who are building or working on similar things — so you're not searching alone.
Every part of Aphelion is designed around one idea: the people who would benefit most from networking are often the ones who find it hardest. So we removed the friction — the cold opens, the "so what do you do," the standing alone near the snack table — and replaced it with a gentle on-ramp.
We believe the people who need Aphelion most shouldn't have to pay for it. So attendees never do — and organizers pay only when they're getting real value.
Every feature — Event mode, Network mode, Collab mode, unlimited warm-up rooms, AI-powered matching — is completely free for anyone attending an event through Aphelion. No tiers, no upsells, no "free trial" that quietly expires.
Organizers can embed Aphelion into their events for ₹1,999 per event — covering branded warm-up rooms, AI-matched attendee groups, custom intake forms, and post-event engagement reports.
Early partner offer: the first 5 organizers who reach out to us get their first event completely free, so you can experience the full impact before committing to anything.
Aphelion exists to make events feel less lonely. Charging the people who are already anxious about showing up would defeat the purpose. Instead, we charge organizers — who directly benefit from happier, more connected attendees, better turnout, and stronger post-event communities.
Not because they don't want to connect — but because starting a conversation with a stranger feels like jumping into cold water every single time.
Aphelion started after one too many events where the most interesting people in the room never spoke to each other — not because they had nothing in common, but because nobody made the first move. We thought: what if the first move happened before the event even started?
A pre-event layer for any gathering — conferences, meetups, fests, workshops — that lets attendees meet each other in a low-pressure space first. By the time the actual event starts, the hardest part of "networking" is already done.
We're currently running pilot events with a small group of partners to refine the experience before opening up more broadly. If you're an event organizer or attendee curious about trying it early, join the waitlist — we'd love to have you.
